About this Service
Every business is unique so we don’t believe in fixed price packages that might (but most likely don’t) fit exactly what you’re looking for. This service is designed for businesses that are looking for a clean, modern and professional website that provides your visitors with the key information they want. Whether that’s examples of your previous work or information about your service offerings, we’ll take the time to discuss your needs before sending over a proposal (including costs and timelines) that’s tailored to your project.
What’s included?
Through this service, we aim to help you achieve three core outcomes.
1. A beautifully designed Squarespace website that showcases your company and the services/products you offer – a ‘digital storefront’.
2. Functionality that’s tailored to your business. Some clients want to show off a portfolio of work, others want a space to publish articles and reports; no two client’s needs are the same. Your website will be designed around the role you want it to play in your business.
3. ‘White glove’ service - we’ll handle all the technical parts of setting up a website and getting it live. Then, we’ll create a training video teaching you how to manage and update your website’s content.

How does it work?
The process is simple…
Step 1 - Consultation
We'll have a consultation call to discuss your goals and preferences for your website. We typically discuss things like whether you have content and branding ready, how many pages you require and if there are any specific functionality requirements. This will be followed by a proposal which will detail costs and timelines for the project as well as providing some info about the web design process.
Step 2 - Build
We'll start building out the ‘theme’ and an example of the homepage for you to review and provide feedback on. Once the design direction is approved, the remaining pages will be built out, adding in your content and incorporating any additional features or functionality you may need. Whilst in development, you will be able to preview the Squarespace website on a private link.
Step 3 - Handover
Finally, we’ll set the website live and provide you with a training video that teaches you how to manage and update your website’s content in the future. This is typically around 15 mins long and should cover the basics. If you have any more specific questions after watching the video, we’ll be able to provide an additional training video.
