We offer three very simple support plans to both new and existing clients. You’ll get access to priority support for an allocated amount of time each month (or unlimited if you choose 😉) and the peace of mind that comes with knowing you can send requests to a competent team who will get the job done.
How does it work?
It’s very simple in terms of how it works - you send your requests over, we’ll get them actioned. If you’re on the standard plan, you’ll be notified once your allocated time has been used up and you can either purchase additional time (at a reduced hourly rate) or roll the tasks over to the following month.
