Our Process
We’ve got a tried and tested process to ensure we get our clients the best possible results. For a typical Squarespace web design project, the process looks like this:
👋 Initial Consultation – we’ll setup a 15 minute discovery call to get a good understanding of your project. answer any questions you may have and walk you through the next steps.
🤝 Proposal – if it’s a good fit, we’ll send over a proposal detailing our understanding of the project aims, the scope of work, the process, costs and timelines.
🏁 Getting Started – we begin all Squarespace web design projects by designing an initial homepage concept for you to provide feedback on before proceeding to design and build the remaining pages.
🚀 Handover & Training - as we get to the end of the project, we’ll take care of all the technical parts of the process to get your site live. We’ll also create a bespoke training video on how to manage your new website.

This depends on the scope and complexity of your project. However for a standard ‘informational’ website, typical lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks.
For ecommerce or custom Squarespace websites, the timeline is a little longer and it would typically take 4-10+ weeks depending on complexity.

Once your site is live, I offer varying levels of ongoing support on retainer. Please get in touch for more detials.

Generally I require 2-3 weeks notice before commencing a project to ensure I have sufficient capacity.

We’re big believers in being specialists rather than generalists. Despite having experience with other content management systems, it was ultimately this desire to be the best that means we now only work with Squarespace sites.

Yes! You can book a free 15 minute consultation call by clicking here. During this call you will have the chance to brief me on your project, show any initial ideas you have and ask questions about how the process of working together.

Throughout the course of your project, Dylan (our founder) will be your only point of contact to ensure no miscommunication and that all work delivered meets what we have discussed. We have a small team of in-house web designers who assist with some elements of projects but this is always under close management. Aside from that, we have an admin assistant, Peter, who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes!
